Shipping Policy

Orders are usually be processed within 1-2 hours of order placement.  During peak holiday season, orders may take up to 24 -72 hours to be processed. Orders placed during the weekends are processed the following business day. Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel the order. 

All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, 4PX, FedEx and or DHL depending on the availability of carriers. Tracking information will be available as soon as the order ships.  Smilelyshop works with 3rd party eCommerce fulfillment companies distributed across the United States to efficiently operate and support our customers nationally and globally.
